Fellowship Activity – Visit to “CLOUDEHILL GARDENS AND RESTAURANT”

February 15, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 3:30 pm

Made on an easterly slope at the top of the Dandenongs, Cloudehill is at an altitude of 580 metres.
The garden has deep volcanic loam soil and 1.25 metres of rainfall.

This falls most of the year, though February, March and April are drier. There is little frost, more snow than frost in fact.
These factors go to explain why the Dandenongs is one of the outstanding places to garden worldwide.

To whet your appetite more information and pictures of Cloudehill Gardens can be viewed on the following linkCloudehill Gardens, Olinda

These are really beautiful gardens and I am assured that they are looking fantastic at this time of the year due to the rain we have had.

COST:  $10.00 to enter the gardens. – If we have more than 15 and want to do a guided tour this would be an additional $5.00

MEETING TIME:    From 10.00am to 10.30am at the Gardens

LUNCH TO FOLLOW:   A booking for 12.30 for lunch at the “Seasons Restaurant” which is on site at the gardens.
