The Challenge to Lead Program

“Leadership can be taught, learnt and developed”

The Rotary Club of Doncaster is facilitating a three‐day intensive residential leadership training
• Delivered by skilled experienced facilitators
• Partcipants from a broad cross secton of organisatons
• Program used by internatonal organisatons including
   Microsoft, Intel, FedEx, Nestle, Dupont, Macquarie Bank and Apple
• Pre‐ and post‐course assessments measure success
• Maximum 15 partcipants per facilitator
• One‐on‐one sessions with each facilitator
• Optional post‐course coaching
